Delivery and Returns


Shipping and handling charges per order depending on the package size, shipping charges will apply to all orders (delivery for most standard orders within 3-7 business days).


Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Most orders are processed and shipped in 1 - 2 business days, depending on product availability. Shipping cost will depend on the parcel size. Most Standard orders are delivered within 14 business days from the order's ship date.


Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday. Orders may require a signature upon delivery unless otherwise designated by the recipient. If a signature waiver is in place, cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages. Delivery restrictions may apply for shipments to PO/FPO,  P.O. Boxes. Some items sold by require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items. The method of shipment for these items is dictated by these regulations. At we comply with these regulations therefore the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible. If this affects your order, we regret any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. If you wish to provide a physical address to which we can deliver, we will be happy to ship your full order.


Most items may be shipped to a P.O. Box or Military APO/FPO address, but some restrictions apply.


Orders being sent internationally are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Please expect delivery within 14-20 business days from ship date. Please note: All orders shipped internationally are subject to applicable local duties and taxes. At NTGL we quickly ship international orders just about anywhere in the world for very reasonable rates. As part of our service to our clients we have made sure that the shipping cost will remain as low as possible, and yet provide best service. Charges you only what it costs us to deliver your order to your door.We are able to offer our international clients the variety of two shipping methods:

(1)"Non-Traceable" – package is shipped with FedEx FIMS service. This service relays on your local country postal service for the final delivery to your specified address. For further information please visit FIMS site. As products shipped by FIMS are Traceable only until they leave the USA, we cannot trace the delivery and therefore cannot offer a refund if parcel does not reach its destination.

(2) "Traceable" – Currier delivery service, orders are delivered usually between 3-5 days. Cost will depending on country of destination and package size.

For some destinations we have set “standard shipping” where you would usually receive the tracking number automatically to your mail once order is shipped.

For your convenience our shopping cart allows you to pre-calculate the differentoptions.

You may need to allow additional time for local customs clearance. Delivery time depends on shipping address. Orders shipped to an address different from the billing address may be delayed for verification (usually one extra day). If an order is refused, we will credit for the cost of the product only, not the shipping charges.


It is the customer&;s responsibility to contact the local customs, the courier or postoffice regarding any additional and applicable customs, duties, or Vat charges. Our courier and shipping charges does not include these in their price.

To protect you from package loss and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend shipping your return package via UPS or Fedex service or insured Parcel Post.Please retain receipts and tracking information for your records.

Regrettably, return shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Gift Cards and eGift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

In the case of damaged items, please refer to the Damaged Items section below.

Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival.

Credit card purchases will be refunded to the card used for the order the return applies to. Checks and money-order purchases will be refunded by check.

Damaged Items

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To ensure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
